Hey all just upgraded to iPhone 12 and now I am struggling with signal which I have never done before anyone else have this issue

Are there any issues reported in your area on the coverage & status checker ? Select "check network" to load the issues lookup.

 

Are you using your existing working SIM in your new phone?

Hi yes just seen there is a problem in my area the problem is that my
signal is low or no signal everywhere not just my area and yes it the same
sim I have had for the past 6 years with no signal issues--

As you're having problems in more than one area, I'd recommend speaking to our Technical Support team so they can look into this further for you.

Hi @Jai1984 ,

 

Do you still have your old phone which could help determine whether it might be a network issue (both phones have same issue), or whether the new phone might have some configuration issue (if the old phone is fine)? 🤓
