Setting up broadband

kez926
Visitor

Good evening,

I am moving into a new house on 15th August and hoping to have internet set up for when I move in as I am currently working from home. How long does it normally take for the broadband box to be delivered once the order has been placed, and how long does it normally take for the internet to actually be connected?

Thank you in advance for your help,

Kelly

@kez926  It can be anything from a few days to over a week it’ll just depend when a engineer can be appointed to install it.  The sooner you take out the BB the sooner it can be installed.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It usually take about 2 weeks from order to go live. The router will be delivered at the latest the day before going live.

Which BB product have you ordered?
