How to change my mobile package from monthly pay to pay as you go

1. Want to change my mobile package from monthly pay to pay as you go 

2. The process to credit  from a card for calling abroad (Bangladesh) from the UK

@Shaheenur  if you’re still within your contract minimum term then you need to pay off the remaining term of that contract period and you need to call customer services to find out how much this would cost,  if your minimum term is up you need to call customer services and tell them what you want to do.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

  1. Call CS & give 30 days notice to cancel your contract & at the same time ask for it to be moved to PAYG. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%. 
  2. International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a free add-on that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. See The Free CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK .
