Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Update (ordered 15th Feb):

My delivery details seem to have magically found their way onto the DPD system (showing on the app now too) and having spoken to DPD it seems I'll be getting the phone within the next hour!

The takeaway is don't worry if the DPD app isn't saying anything. Speak to both DPD and EE to see what's going on. When you look at DPD tracking info it shows things were happening all last night, just seems EE have had issues with their notification systems

Jus called EE almost gave me a heart attack saying i may not get it today amd then asked for my address said its with courier should have it within the hour

I ordered mine on the 25th Feb so i doubt ill get mine anytime soon,

considering when i before i preordered the phone i was promised the 13th and thats why i went through with the contract, my mate ordered with Vodafone the day after me and already has tracking info

Ee told me today I'll get it when I get it no info at all on dates they say there more expensive because of better service I would love to see that better service and value for money they supposedly offer why cant they just be honest with people cant belive they expect me to wait till the 31st for a preorder I'm sure I would have it sooner if I hadnt pre ordered it's a joke

Just so everyone knows I pre order on 6th March and have had confirmation I will get mine on Friday!

Good news. You're the first person I've seen who ordered after me (25th Feb) and seems to have any kind of chance of delivery this week.

My order page still says 24th-26th and I've had no joy anywhere else. No text (though I'm not EE at the moment anyway), no emails, and nothing on the DPD app.

Hi Guys, I have ordered my S20 ultra in store and was originally told that I will be recieving my phone on 8th March. My order status has not changed since and it still shows awaiting confirmation for expected delivery. I pre ordered my phone on 27th February. I have just spoken to EE and have been told that all S20 ultras have been delayed and they are unsure when they will be recieving the phones. Theres been a delay on the release day.

@3shirts im in the same situation. Ordered on 25/02 and says between 24/03 and 26/03 for delivery and getting conflicting answers from EE.
