Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I was told on live chat last night that the release was pushed back til the 13th for all orders and that I may have to wait for "some time". Couldnt even give me a rough date or tell me how long "some time" is. Absolutely shocking by EE. Been with them for 8 years and they get £200 a month off me due to 2 extra lines and a tablet. Customer service is shocking

Well as of 01.23 this morning by delivery status was was showing 10th march then as of 05.00 this morning it's now showing awaiting delivery confirmation. Come ee honestly is the best policy.

Agreed a text/email should have been sent out yesterday confirming the status of our orders, right!? Really sloppy EE. How hard is it to keep people in the loop!?

I wouldn't mind ee even sent me a text message saying thank for ordering the samsung s20 ultra 512gb 5G cosmic grey. Because you got in early,you'll receive your device 3 days before the official launch date.if you chose delivery to a home address,it will be delivered on 10 march and we'll require a signature. Then at the end they have written We hope you enjoy it.

Well as of 6.40 am... Nothing from DPD.... Order tracking on my EE still doesn't work.... My EE not updated to new plan..... I have had 3 emails since 11th February order confirmation one thanking me for order and giving me £10 reduction in bill and one Friday saying cos I pre ordered will be with me on 10th....i have taken day off work..... I'm beyond pissed off

Yes,i basically had to sell my soul to the devil to get today off from work,we are that short of staff,not happy at all and I've more chance of giving the wife's sister a portion than taking anymore time off from work this week.

And this is why I hate EE at the moment, they simply cannot confirm the delivery date; I've been told before 15th March since I preordered a bit late then I've been told no you won't have it before 15th. I've been told it would be end of March and I've been told they have stock and then they don't. I'd rather they be honest and say yes there is a delay but seems like they are trying to make everyone happy which isn't going to work. Pathetic from EE this.

Hi, just to let you no I pre-ordered the s20 plus, had no updates, just kept saying delivery on the 10th, then late last night had a message from EE and DPD, being delivered today, just keep checking guys, the pre-order email you would of been sent has not updated, hope you get yours today
