I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

so phoned my store i ordered in today as i was told to, still no grey s20 ultra's in. currys now seems to have stock of them for next day delivery so why the hell are we not getting them?

Don't get too excited by this phone 😣
I finally received mine this afternoon, only just managed to sit down to have a play and the handset keeps shutting down and restarting. I had a look online and it seems to be a common problem that samsung are offering no current solution to.
I rang EE technical support and the only thing they've said is to switch it off for an hour, keep it on charge and then switch it back on. Apparently it may be trying to do a reboot. I am not holding out much hope from what others have said and I am thoroughly disappointed and unhappy after being reasonably patient. If it doesn't solve the problem, I am returning and cancelling as I've had enough now.

I don't know if this is relevant but there are supposedly 2 or more updates which are camera related gone out after production.

I was in the process of updating the samsung apps when it shut off again, the software was all upto date 🤷♀️
