Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Oh yes forgot to add mine was 128GB Cosmic Grey so yes must be issues with the larger storage ones as well.

Just got a notification from DPD and was like OMG OMG OMG! Turned out to be this 😒

I ordered my Samsung S20 Ultra on the 12th March. I was promised it would come on 13th March but did not. Then was promised it would come on 14th March and still did not come. After a full week today I have got a email from DPD saying your parcel will be delivered on Monday 23rd March.

@Isheth1998 are you able to show us proof that this is true? If so I will be complaining massively as it's clear they are not sending them out first come first served...

Interesting....i ordered a ultra 128 in black on 4th March and haven't heard a thing from DPD or EE other than the random order status updates.

Might give EE a shout on chat and see what they come up with. Could do with a bit of comedy at the moment lol

So my delivery went out , I was at work so asked for it to be delivered to my parents home. Both of which are home .... yeah.... they went to the wrong house and said I wasn’t home ...🤣👏 trying again tomorrow. Brilliant. The wait continues.
