Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Right I ordered on the 27th Feb, had no info from ee what server until dpd texted me yesterday saying it will be delivered to today. It has just been delivered I got the 128 grey one. Unfortunately I can't open it yet as I have to go out. Although when I am back play time. Hope the rest of you get yours soon.

 

Any questions just ask I might not be able to answer but I will try.

 

As for ee please sort yourself out. None of us would be upset if you as a business communicated with us. I am glad its here however really unimpressed with the communication. No1 network last in customer service.

Ordered in store on 22nd Feb, 128GB black ultra. 

 

Was told 13th March but heard nothing since. Because it's done in store there's nothing on my account so can't even check my order unless I call in store?

 

Bloody annoying that I pre-ordered almost a month ago and have nothing yet.

EE dropped their prices of all Samsung Ultra now by £5. I ordered mine a month ago also and still havent got them.

Looks like you were right mate, seen dozens post yesterday that they are getting there phones today, all orders up until the 27th of feb! So hoping mine will be here by the 31st then

Phone arrived and setup. Already had Galaxy Buds Claim validated! That is pretty fast! Shame about the 7 day lead time though.

I ordered my 512gb Ultra on 23rd Feb, but still no update... It's the lack of info/communication from EE that is pissing me off... I totally understamd why the phone is delayed, but EE have not even emailed/textedme to inform of delay

I had to wait till the 3rd march for my free upgrade but even then paid for 2 days early cuz I could see how this was playing out, if EE kept us up to date with honest delay dates the wouldn't be this issue of bad feeling now, I'm expecting mine to be here on the 31st but won't be surprised if gets here later than that.

Just some 128Gb have been sent as I thought. No 512Gb yet, and ordering online or through phone seems to bring a better service than directly in shop.
