Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Is strange that everyone is getting changes in the messages that they are receiving on their order status.

 

Mine hadn't changed at all.  It has always said this:

Your Pre-Order is confirmed

Anyone who phoned was despatched yesterday recieved there's yet ? Blazing row with one of the so called advisors this morning,Apparently they didnt recieve any stock and dont believe what u read on social media,my reply what ? Even on your own forum??? Put phone down  just lies after lies with these people

Looks like all those who ordered the 128Gb variants got suddenly quiet. Good for you guys! 🙂

 

In my case, my main concern was the free Galaxy Buds+ but here's what I found out this morning:

 

Someone feared they couldn't take advantage of the offer because of the delays. Answer received:

"Where are you based? Here in the UK we are aware of some delays to the delivery of some devices and have extended the claim window for your Galaxy Buds+. You’ll of course still need to meet all of the eligibility criteria of the promotion but don’t want you to miss out. Check out the 'updated' T's&C's here:"

The main points:

 

The Promotion will commence at 20:00 (GMT) on 11 February 2020 and shall close at 23:59 (GMT) on the 8 March 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).

 

Claims must be submitted between 00.01 (GMT) 10 March 2020 and 23:59 (BST) 31 May 2020 (the “Claim Period”). Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.

 

Hi, 

 

I ordered my Ultra on Feb 28th. I never received a confirmation message, only a PDF file with my order details.

 

I called EE yesterday and was told my order was active and I'll have my phone by March 31st.

 

She said they had Samsung on last week and were told stock will be in for all their existing pre-orders.

 

I've had no communication from EE at any time. When I ordered by phone, the upgrade guy said my Ultra would be sent out on March 13th.

I would say phone but I phoned yesterday and told no stock 31st to the 19th of April not guaranteed put phone down 2 min later dpd delivery notice lol they have not got a clue I did order 18th of feb and when looking at end it said 31st of march ! So I dont no why there tell people that ordered in march next couple of days dont make sense Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I pre ordered mine via the store in black and 128gb. No word of anything yet for me, i guess coronavirus has caused delays. Stay safe everyone 😊

Please believe me I'm not out to wind people  up I ordered on 18th of feb an dpd tracking says his 30 mon away I will post when in hand if there is some way of giving my number etc to prove we wrong I will I will post a photo of phone with username if someone tells me how to ! Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

@Bigdog1979  we believe you pal and the rest it's just shows was deceitful liars ee currently are,I just cancelled mine thru Twitter direct message has I didnt want to phone them again and still maintaining non were despatched yesterday they have just lost my upgrade of my ipad to boot gone to sky mobile with that....the rest will follow has come up for renewal personally done with ee
