I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Yep see that too, went all way to payment and would have been able to get next day delivery 🤔

I have just read a post from Samsung on Facebook saying that they have the 128gb model in stock, what is going on? This is beyond a joke, if you care about your customers buy them directly from Samsung for us, your still going to make over £800 on the contract

128gb has pretty much always been in stock, some one I work with ordered one last Saturday delivered monday...
And on the 2 occasions I have spoken to samsung thru social media they have said have stock and cant understand why preorders prior to 8th March haven't been fulfilled, clear ee didnt order enough and have prioritised new business rather than upgrades and existing customers

Im guessing no one has had any delivery notifications then? I was expecting something to come through by now as its been over a week since the first ones we sent out.

Closest I got is the "good news, your order is coming soon" message in my EE app, couldn't be any more open ended.
