I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
It should have had this when ordered on 18th of February no guaranteed be there the 10th then text 13th I mean I can get the s20 plus but what about money put out as paid quite abit for case etc still being told could be any day up to 23rd let's see as each person I talk to says something different ! 4 call centres all been given different script but what annoys me is I get told dates and they haven't even checked name number passcode etc lol and I even ring off my partner phone so no seeing my details so that's how you no there full of it Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
