I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@Tiffany111 I would imagine that more would become clear within the next 14 days (not confirmed obviously) as Samsung have their stock and EE need to request an order for the pre orders.

I think I need a job at EE (pref the legal department lol ) - I seem to be able to provide more information through perseverance of late, it is only fair 🙄

@MissRoseGold if you was to work for EE, I can only imagine you would be less helpful/useful then... As from what we have seen, you would have a gag order, to not give us any information and only reply with copy and paste scripted replies 😅

😂 I think they all have to sing from the same hymn sheet in order not to give out false information or mislead people.....OH...hang on? 😎

@Staffie85I can't remember which company did the delivery but I think it took about a week for the Galaxy Buds+ to arrive.

They work pretty well, even in a helmet - when I manage to put it on while holding them in place because they protrude a bit too much for something with a racy fit.

About chargers... and power banks, the S20 Ultra seems to retain the Qualcom Quickcharge system, so it works with my unit: 20100mAh Anker power bank for a Nitendo Switch (chosen because it activates fast charging on Samsung phones and is convenient when travelling). It seems to be 90% as fast as the 25W charger (it only needs a separate wall plug because if not that power bank takes ages to be recharged).

Cheers @77cats hopefully I receive mine soon then 😊

Yeah I've already got some 45w PD power banks I use and they charge it up at the same rate as the official 45w charger because any Samsung that ships with the 25w new charger and supports the official 45w charger, is PD compliant... So any PD compliant chargers work on them.

The 45w charging aint much difference from 0-100 as it slows down at the end, letting the standard 25w close the gap but for quick charges up to around 60% it wipes the floor.

Has anyone had their galaxy s20 ultra 512gb yet I ordered mine in February still haven't heard anything.

I just had a email off samsung saying they have them in stock now so why haven't ee

I think I might cancel my order and buy from samsung

Not once has ee contacted me about my order 🤬🤬

@OZ1965To be honest this is what I'm considering doing as well and just have a sim only with EE or another provider. I'm seriously fed up with EE. I will definitely never get a phone from them again after this.

@Staffie85  phone idle during the night, all services on with WiFi, data, Bluetooth, and location enabled, the battery has only lost about 4% in six hours.
