I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I had an e-mail from Samsung yesterday saying the Samsung s20 ultra 512gb is back in stock so I checked and it is
i rang EE to say about this and they said the majority of people had cancelled their orders and they will get stock from Samsung in the next 12-14 days and the people that still had their pre order active would be the first to get them sent out

that is interesting, it would kind of match up with the information I have found out so far. I am expecting to hear something by Friday this week. I am one of those EE customers who pre ordered back in February. Fingers crossed!

Cheers @77cats gonna give mine a few more days to optimise it's battery and try checking it again, before the 14 days is up.
Have you managed to get the chat/RCS services working in the messages app or Google messages?
Gives me the option to start it through a highlighted option but nothing happens, just boots me back to the messages... Tried network reset, factory reset and everything but nothing works.
Tried it through Google messages app and says "This device is not supported" 😒

just checked the samsung website says “out of stock” again what the hell is going on with both EE and Samsung absolute joke!!!

I saw that, I am not giving up...I do intend to get to the bottom of this. I have been contacting both Samsung and EE everyday. They have pre orders to fulfill and it needs to happen.
