I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
rang ee again today more lies saying no one will be getting a delivery until samsung send ee stock but many people getting theirs delivered and I pre ordered in February absolute joke complaint has now been made
I agree 🙂 no point being upset about something that you can't do anything about, especially in the current climate. I know that's hard but you just have to put it out of your mind for a bit. Get yourself a new game maybe...
... even if im incredibly frustrated myself AND I've already downloaded about 3 games haha 🙂
Tbf I was disappointed at first, but I work in retail and in this current climate seeing what I am everyday and its worsening effects I'm pretty much not bothered if I get it tomorrow or next month. Bigger issues and all that. ✌️
My order tracking (on EE not DPD) has just said my order will arrive soon, however still says awaiting confirmation. Can anyone who's had the arriving soon message speak on whether it's actually meant anything? (as in, has yours arrived soon after the message)

Hope all got there phones mine is nearly here tracking dpd but my new plan has gone live the masts were down in my area so got 3 months half price then 10 pound off on 10th for phone not coming then on15th cause told next month squashed a bill now that adds up but it's all gone more ee problems I thought it was over really hope this phone is worth it as using s10 5g already were see good luck people Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
