I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I preordered my S20 Ultra on the 5th of March with delivery to my nearest EE store, anyone know how I could track that with DPD? I also ordered the Galaxy Watch and a wireless charger with my phone and the galaxy watch was supposed to be available to collect on the 13th but I have received no information about that at all, as far as I know the emails EE have sent me are only about the phone

I only know about the phones coming through DPD but if yours was meant to go to the store I have no idea. Youd have to ring EE or your store for more information.
With regards to the phones I know they're expecting delivery but dont know when itll be due to the virus outbreak so it could be anytime between now and when ever... its unfortunate but nothing can be done at this time. Just have to be patient and hope for the best.

Hi I have same situation a orderd mine on 28th Feb had to call up because my phone hadn't turned up so I called up and tryed to find out what's going on because my bill now is 35 pound higher than my upgrade they didnt be much help I thought the workers in the call centre was been rude said theres no manager available only thing he could do is discount me 15 pound not satisfied still no updates on the phone bo emails no texts just a big bill

EE live chat just told me the s20 ultra would be delivered around the 24th. After ordering on the 5th.

I was told we should start seeing waves of ultras over the next week from my EE store on Saturday fingers crossed that is the case

Thought I would ask has any one been given or know how to claim a bit of compensation for having to wait etc
