Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I ordered 4th. I dont think they have a clue really, if they did they could gauge when we would get it. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Ordered 18th on phone manager said if I want s20+ they will honour the free buds offer and going on my freind phone days ago and again in shop there is not much difference so might go same route for now as in stock apparently the camera is more stable from tests Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

On chat with Samsung now and they said as I will cancel I wont get the buds

When I cancelled my ultra order and ordered the pro max iphone, I got a text from ee within minutes, an email detailing my iphone order, and then within 2hrs a message from DPD saying they were awaiting my package, this morning I got another saying my package has been recieved and is on way to local depot for delivery tommorow, not sure why this process doesnt apply to the ultra! 

 

Good luck guys but i will be trying the iphone for a bit now, at least until my next upgrade date! They can stuck the buds!

Thanks I may need it! Been on samsung since day dot apart from a switch over to the mate 20 until trump stopped that.. currently on the s10 5g which is great but really fancied the ultra...never mind eh

That's Samsung I said it to ee and they said they would still give the buds price plan with discount for messaging around  from date I pre ordered if change to the s20 plus Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

@Stewy84 i was thinking of doing the exact same. Im going to give them next week to see if they can fulfill and then im going to do it.

No probs! I ordered soon after samsung launch event so not prepared to wait longer when EE couldn't provide a date, not sure how soon my 11 update will be...complete iphone novice but will try 😂

iPhone now out of stock was going to do same !! Pro max that is if not upgrade try sky or virgin !!Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
