Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I really do not get the DPD bit. My account is with EE, so I take it when I pay my bill I'll be paying DPD as wel . ??

It certainly his a bizarre 1,should really be receiving a text of ee first then a notification from dpd regarding delivery,The all setup his ludicrous some of us work and haven't got the luxury of being able to just get the following day off after receiving a notification from dpd the night before 

My last parcel was notified at 0805hrs and attempt to deliver at 0815hrs. Bloody stupid system. We are just pawns in a much bigger system Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

I'm considering canceling my preorder and going for the s20 plus atm

Think a few people have done that,only trouble once you cancel preorder you lose the free bud+ offer

Why not wait it out, claim the buds then return it before 14 days and swap? That way you still get the buds

I had thought about that but I've been quoted by a mate who works in my store stock may not be available until may as I ordered the 2nd March I'm quite away down the list for my store but others who ordered different stores may her quicker all depends how many each store gets 

 

I'm gutted beyond belief

Just hope that Samsung can let us have a little bit longer to claim the buds due to lack of stock available at the min! Fingers crossed!

I was informed by samsung u have until 31st may to claim them so added bonus but is the wait really worth it 

 

U can possibly get them as an add on lol xxx

I ordered mine on the 8th of march. Guessing I will be right down the list. I ordered it in store. Not sure if the online and in-store orders will be on the same list. I havnt heard anything at all
