Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

I have tried all this and still got no more information about delivery. What the most frustrating thing is we have all pre-ordered and it doesn't look like we are going to get it until end of march

Spoke to chat seeking an update at the end of last week and was told that I should start seeing notifications from DPD at the begining of next week (16th March). I'll believe it when I see it obviously. 😏

 

I read somewhere that the Netherlands won't start seeing ultras until May?! Not sure if it was stock issues related or something else however.

All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

 

If you haven't already, I'd recommend downloading the DPD app. They'll also contact you when your phone is ready to be dispatched.

This answer is literally a joke, subject to stock? Tell us how much stock you have, we are entitled to know as we have already paid for it! 

 

If we were about to order something then subject to stock might wash but we've paid and ordered so give us a good answer!

I pre ordered mine on the 28th feb and I've not had even an email to confirm my order 😭

I pre ordered Samsung S20 Ultra 128GB 5G Cosmic Grey on 25th Feb, still waiting for news of my new phone, as been told alsorts, so I guess it is a waiting game!
