Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I've noticed a marked decreased in the number of people talking about it on discussion boards so I think a large number of people already have them.

Nah I think we've just give up hope in receiving it anytime soon 🤦🏽‍♂️😂

Well I'm awaiting my iphone delivery which I have had confirmation and a DPD tracking message on the app, will get the ultra later in the year or the Note 20 😂

Large amount of people have got it been told due to system messaging up all sorts of rubbish ee on Twitter just told me all ordered before 24th have been delivered lol I said I ordered 18th she said ring 150 as this is not right lol what they going to say !Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Wait for the note 20 pal and just walk in one of the stores,I certainly won’t pre order with EE again, whilst I understand it’s down stock issue.

They need to review there pre order system and keep customers informed

Well Bigdog1979 according to the Samsung expert on live chat there his stock and couldn’t understand why I hadn’t had it if ordered before the 8th, He told me 16th 

@Bigdog1979 let us know what 150 say. Ordered mine on 21st so in a similar position to you

Well I spoke to a Samsung rep on Facebook and they said that they had lots of orders and therefore stock issues. 😞

Just went through to accounts as getting same rubbish from upgrade team he went off and come back apologising and said Samsung have confirmed delivery to ee b4 the 23rd and waved my next month bill ! Upgrade team say dont no ( computer says no!) Lol Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
