Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

So when you go on Samsung site is does not say out of stock I went to payment screen to see what happened and on Friday said pay extra in your area same day delivery or normal next day today says next day john Lewis the same to uk only !Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Samsung chat on 12th told me 12th lol when I said what today said yes you will receive lol dont think they got a bother as they got are money and now shops are selling them so it's all about making money b4 every thing gets shut down

Ordered online via chat on 4th March bluemoon2. 128Gb Ultra in black. Received the confirmation text with EE tracking/progress link straight away. Received the "Your order is on track" update on 11th March and the 'expected delivery date' remains at "Awaiting Confirmation".

Would be great if the last chat I had with EE is correct, but I'll not be holding my breath for the dispatch and delivery notification from DPD on Monday. Seemed like a very scripted response.

I’m not sure why Samsung will be saying there is stock for the Ultra. When you go to order on site it says ships 4th of April. Also called EE store where I ordered and confirmed they don’t have a single ultra device and are going on a preorder basis.

The only one out of stock on Samsung website his the 512gb and will be till beginning of april,The 128gb his still in stock again  I have been on Samsung chat to confirm this he also said that 13th was launch day but 16th his the official day when providers should have stocks...

I preordered my ultra 128gb on the 7th of march. I got a text message today saying it's on track. Does this mean it should not be that long till it gets here ???

Mine still says they can't show any details and I ordered 24th feb. I don't think the tracking can be trusted anymore than anything else!
