Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

If the store has stock cancel your online order and go get one then. You can't just go to a store and expect to get one there. The stocks are seperate

The Samsung rep who you spoke to is lying then.

 

They haven't completed their pre-orders because if you were to order one from them on the 26th Feb they said it'll get delivered on 24th March so how is that complete?

 

If all pre orders were complete then no one would be waiting for them. Samsung are just as bad as EE when it comes to communication and lying.

 

I got £100 voucher from Samsung last year when they messed up my S10+ delivery and then another £50 voucher when they messed the delivery up when I used the £100 voucher. All because of the lying staff they had.

I traded in my current phone so got the s20+ for 550 so just bought it outright.

well, there are probably more important things to be worrying about right now anyway! I'll wait it out as I ordered the 512 version and I know to cancel and possibly getting the plus instead would only give me buyers remorse in the end!

Got to hand it to Samsung crafty marketing,advertise pre order and get buds free..Knew take up would be huge under send pre order amounts to providers customers wont wait,cancel order and get s20+ instead and of course you have not pre ordered u lose the buds...seriously genius

Not really if you choose to cancel and re-order thats down to you.

If they sent out  plenty stocks of all models wouldn't need a choice I'm waiting,you watch couple of weeks ultra's will be everywhere and samsung will be bragging big take ups of all models.....

EE didn't receive all they ordered.

 

Samsung didn't sell enough if Samsung can't produce it fast enough what can EE do?

 

Not a lot. There sin't the physical stock to send out. They are not made by a click of your fingers.

As the free buds+ offer ends at the end of March what happens if we don't have the phone by then/can't redeem? These free buds were a big selling point for me...
