I'm well aware ee didnt recieve enough,if they did we would all be sitting here with them....

Samsung are at fault,if they did they would be alot claiming free buds by now...

A lot wont wait has at minute ee really dont know when they will recieve them, again down to samsung, loads choose to cancel and then switch to s20/s20+ (now not preorder) lot less claiming buds

Winner Samsung still selling there phones, making more profit now on reduced amount of people now  claiming free buds....

If the store has stock cancel your online order and go get one then. You can't just go to a store and expect to get one there. The stocks are seperate

what I was trying to say here was that it shouldn’t be that it’s different stock. I get that it is in some silly way, but if you’re preordering, whatever devices become available in whatever stockpile should go to the preorders only meaning the average joe who walks in off the street into the store can’t just get one the same day and has to wait for back order. Especially when you’ve preordered directly with that store.

Based on what you’re saying, someone can go into the same store I ordered from today, and if there’s an S20 ultra in stock, they can get it and I am still left waiting when the same store already processed an order for me in their store.. that’s not quite right

No they won't be able to. If you ordered from a store then you are getting it out of the stores stock. So if they have some in stock right now and you were only person left who ordered there one of them would be for you.

Seeing as you haven't been able to collect yet shows that store has no stock to sell to a random person walking in off the street.

I have just spoken with Samsung and this is what they've said regarding the buds+, apparently you can redeem up until end of May:-

  • Me: One of the reasons I pre-ordered was for the free buds+ offer, which expires at the end of this month

  • Me: What will happen if I don't get the phone this month, will I still be eligible for the free buds?

  • Support: Don't worry Simon you can still claim your free Galaxy Buds+ until the 31th of May.

  • Support: You will be given 30 days to process your claim upon receiving your order.

  • Support: Thank you very much for purchasing our product.

  • Support: Rest assured that you can still claim your Galaxy Buds+ even if the order is delayed. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Support: I'm afraid to say that I don't have an access to the information of when will the EE restock their devices.

The store situation was explained to me yesterday,a lot of the stores are franchises so there stock his ordered different to ee direct...if you preorder in the store and they have them you will get one,if I call in and they have stock (not pre ordered) I can cancel my pre order with ee direct and get one,but if any phone cost to pay I would have to pay again and get refund to account what I paid ee direct

You had until the 8th March to pre order to get the free buds. As long as you ordered before then you can still claim for them. You can't claim until you get your phone and you ahve until 31st May to claim for them. I assure you by 31st May all pre-orders would have been fulfilled. So no need to worry there.

Shocking disgusting lies from EE. Full of pure empty promises.

EE,if your going to tell lies to customer at least make them consistent lies.

Advisors haven't a clue when we are getting phones.
