Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

Exactly same what I was told by EE agents as well. Don’t think they have a clue themselves.

I'm getting my Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra tomorrow between 11am and 12pm been long wait and many phone calls to EE. I want say thank you to ee pushed my order though quicker than 24th March. Good luck guys 

Lies all lies 

 

EE have well and truly messed up we have all been told pre orders will be a guaranteed yet they have failed and Being made to wait covid 19 has nothing to do with phones being shipped etc as they try and tell you on the phone it does, they have pocket all our monies to make the sales look good, and even when you talk to them face to face or on the phone they do not care they must be all reading of the same script.

 

its an absolute shambles

Well I'm getting mine tomorrow as dpd has my phone and I'm sorry not ee problem blame Samsung.

The shortage might be Samsung but the mishandling, the lies, the misleading information, and the poor updates are all EE and that's the stuff we're complaining about.

 

The fact that you're so sanguine now you're getting your phone is surprising @Djackson121 . You've been one of the more vocal in the thread.

Maybe me being like i did pushed me front of other people and in this day and age you got be a pushy to get somewhere and I phoned up ee every day lol

If that's true, you didn't get one over on EE, you just screwed another customer.

Well I'm sorry but that life and maybe me phoning up every day did get me my phone before others am I sorry for that no.

Don't know what the prev person is going on about, I received my ultra 512gb on the 10th , been testing phone and camera extensively (I have the cam update ) I love the phone , nicer than my note 9 and note 10 . Wife has an iPhone pro , pics are better even now on my ultra and they will improve even more with firmware updates over time.
