Hi @biomunkey32

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry, it seems you have been given some wrong information.

The launch date is March 13th, but customers who pre-ordered before midnight on March 8th may receive their delivery up to three days early. This is subject to the stock we receive from the manufacturer, and we will fulfil pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis.

I've sent you a private message to get some information about the call you had with customer services.

Please take a look and get back to me.

Thanks

Chris

I think when you read thru all of this is quite clear that comms from EE are typically very poor.

All we are after is some correct info individually rather than the generic rubbish continually spouted

So i pre-ordered the galaxy s20 ultra on the 29th of February, still no update to as when my phone will be delivered. Iv tried to track the phone through my EE app but just says " awaiting confirmation"

Iv even tried to track the order number through my DPD app with just says "something went wrong"

If the delays are true then there's nothing that can be done but at least keep us up to date on what's happening

Got mine yesterday had been on order a month maybe chase them up

Same here - Pre ordered over the phone 26th February - email confirmation that day and nothing since. I'm not in a rush and certainly if there is a delay then what can we do but I do agree that EE should be keeping people updated. Just to say listen its delayed but we will keep you updated etc.

No point in getting angry or whatever but EE can you at least let your customers know what is happening, I think we would appreciate it even if you send its delayed and we don't know when but don't lie to customers.

Got mine yesterday, have you checked in the app under the what's new tab. That was where it told me mine was coming

@ben20k if I treated my clients like they are treating us with a happy go lucky attitude and not being able to give an estimated delivery date then I would be losing clients or be facing penalties. I even listened back on the conversation I had with the guy and he says I will have the phone a couple of days before the launch date as ee has a deal with Samsung and I asked so we are not going to have the same issue they had with the iphone 8+ and he replied that no there wouldn't, what a liar

For those of you who have received handsets, am I incorrect in thinking they are either the S20 or S20+ variants, and nobody has received an ultra yet?

Hi @Cal98 and @PracticallyNerd

DPD will contact you when your phone is ready to be dispatched.
