Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

@Bigdog1979  yeah ee called my sister a liar when they first attempted to deliver my phone and that they hadn't sent it at all and that it wasnt them 2 mins later yeah we sent the phone Haha they are a bunch of idiots 

@Glennb73 what number did you call dpd on?

I have just spoken to my local store (where i pre-ordered my s20 ultra) they have the s20 and s20+ in but are claiming they are awaiting confirmation of delivery of the ultras from dpd.

12th feb i ordered mine now going through the fun of claiming my free galaxy buds lol

Do the buds need to be claimed by a certain date??as will the late delivery effect this??

Mine was out for delivery between 3-4 but im at work so had to send it to a click and collect location so it will be delivered there tomorrow

It has to be done through the Samsung Members app on your new phone but can be any time between today and 12th April so should be plenty of time, even if your handset is delayed.

SamsungUK replied to a person on twitter saying "We do appreciate your frustration, Adam. Demand for the new S20 range has been unprecedented, resulting in the temporary stock shortage. We would recommend reaching out to Very, to see if they can give you an updated delivery date. We hope it's with you very soon. ^NR"

Your order is still showing as open sales Ben and this means that your order has reached the warehouse but is yet to be picked. It is in process, we are working to allocate your phone and once this is ready, we will update you via text with your delivery details.

I absolutely appreciate it is not ideal having no exact time at the moment and having to arrange to time off at short notice. What I can say is that as you have pre-ordered, I am confident you will hear soon. -Mark
