I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order
I got a text saying today then heard rumours its delayed spoke to 5 we people all have lied it's in country! It's not! Then s20 not ultra going out today as we not got stock then I see people ordered after me getting it so rang back told it's all due to Samsung they send them out !! They have not got a clue they forget it's all recorded and awaiting a manger to ring as to all these lies !!Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
I wouldn’t bother with the Order tracking from EE. My device is an hour away and is showing as ‘Awaiting Confirmation” and ‘Dispatch expected in next 24 hours’
It has appeared in the DPD app and will arrive between 3 and 4. I have a very happy Mr who will be comming home his new phone. Quite a relief the support staff I spoke to though cick to call was lovely but she said that it was not even showing as dispatched in her end so I am relieved 😁
Mine will be delivered in the next half hour got msj from dpd but no news from EE just changed tracking from being delivered on the 10th to awaiting confirmation.Ordered mine on the 13.02 in the morning
Mines just been delivered after I was told by ee it wouldn't be here till tomorrow. Bit of a farce, no delivery info from dpd until I rang them. Good luck to you out there that are still waiting.
