i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

I was thinking the same thing hearing all the stories!

The only way we will find out is if they come on time every ee person I've spoken to has said there be here as they was already in Thailand the iPhone pro max I was told there out of stock because its China !

One thing for sure not long to find out but the manager did say stock is here and will be ready but then again not going to tell me April lucky I've still got s10 5g so it's not a big problem were see.

Fingers crossed for every one I I hope we all get when we was told have a good day !

Don't believe live chat lol.... 2 weeks ago today I was told I would have my S20 ultra within 7 days as I pre ordered and was such a good customer lol

Hi All,

Wonder if anyone can help. I pre ordered the Samsung S20 Ultra on the 22nd of Feb over the phone and as an upgrade. I was told initially that it would be delivered on the 10th, then when I called to ask about something else they advised there was no date showing only "as soon as in stock". I can see the date for a pre order now is 31st March. Since I've no email or confirmation of the upgrade (just a sales journey pdf) I feel a little left in the dark. I understand it's not even released yet but would have thought an update or track my order link would have been made available? Anyone else in the same boat or know what to expect?

Hi @Meerodin

You should have received an order reference number. If you haven't you need to call EE and ask for one.

You can then check her: https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails

Check your spam/junk email folders.

Thanks

Yeah, so I pre-ordered mine on the 14th Feb and was told I'd receive it on the 10th March.

Received a text message on 6th March saying it's still on track for delivery on the 10th.

Read this thread.

Spoke to a chap on live chat this morning who advised delivery on 13th March but stated there's a back log of orders but I should expect to see it on the 13th.

So I told him about my text message and he congratulated me then told me I'm of the lucky few who will receive the handset on the 10th.

Now, I've just checked the status of my order and it's progressed to "Dispatch expected
in 24 hours".

Hey I pre ordered the s20 ultra on 23rd feb I've had no confirmation email. I've spoken to ee and I've managed to get my.order number but the order tracker is telling me it cant track this type of order. Anyone else having this problem ?
