Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

a was told during the week a would have my phone on the 11th of march now being told its the 24th of march

26th of February then had to re-order it as a was wanting the 512gb
version

That’s to be expected @aaron2015  there has been stock issues with that version as it’s the most wanted version unfortunately so March 26th seems right

But gave them a call 10 mins ago and they said that a should have it for
the launch date and not the 24th of march

I don't want to sound rude here but this thread is going round and round with people saying the same things "they told me 10th on the phone", "it says 26th on MyEE app", "Twitter said 24th", "the text said 10th".

 

It's a combination of incorrect info mixed with, probably, correct making it hard to tell which is which. On top of that, I think it is likely our deliveries are going to vary according to the stock level and when we ordered so one person being the told the 10th is probably right while another isn't.

 

At this point, I think it's best to just wait and see. Next week we'll either start seeing some DPD shipping notifications, or we won't.

Until the 10th I don't think we're going to have a solid answer.

i Phone ee today regarding my S20’s ultra because it due on the 13 but she told me no gonna get there phone on the 13 because they have no stock at all they reckon there be a delivery by the end of next month we’ll pissed of now gotta wait until 24 26 of March

I done a live chat the other day enquiring about the delivery date and the guy "promised" me i would get it on the 13th and to ignore the estimated delivery date, if it turns up after the 13th EE better gimme a few quid off my bill! 😂

I was told hold s10 plus 5g until delivery on the 13th in there will be a return pack they cant leave you wit oht a phone and manager I spoke to saying most orders will be received only really late orders might be late I did not order until 19th he said he has his coming to and dont listen to all the hype as there already in the country but definitely dont send phone back until delivery
