I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.
i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

no, i ore ordered mine on the 3rd march got confirmation email immediately, the tracking number works ok, and i got a text on friday saying because i got in early my phone will be delivered 3 days before official launch, so should be delivered tomorrow

Well it seems the people who ordered over the phone are going to have the same issues i did. I ordered on the 13th of Feb only to be told there was a mistake on the 20th and had to re-process the order (putting me to the back of the queue) however was told on the phone that it was going to be sent 3 days early .
After speaking with CS today as i have no way of tracking my order online they advised that i shouldn't have been told that and i was for online orders and store orders only they were doing that.
I queried this and spoke with a floor manager who confirmed this is what they had been told in a team huddle meeting this morning.

My pre-order/upgrade was over the phone and as mentioned above, I can track it and should also be receiving it tomorrow.

I was sent a text message shortly after I made the upgrade on the phone, it had a link to an order tracking page.
The chap on the phone told me to expect a confirmation text with order tracking before we ended the conversation. He also assured me I'd receive it 3 days early and said not to worry, it'll be here regardless...

I ordered mine 18th feb and got txt to say
Ill get it on 10th the. Tracking shows 24-26th so annoyed

Just found this thread as I was wondering what was going on as well.
Called 150 and spoke to a guy on the upgrade line who said that the S20 and S20+ are shipping as expected but all deliveries of Ultras have been delayed due to postponed shipments from Samsung and couldn't give me an ETA.
Not sure if I'm being BS'ed but not what i would expect from EE if so.

Randomly just had phone call back from the manager i spoke to who advised he apologised for what i was advised as they have just been told now that the stock has arrived and is going out tonight.
