Samsung s20- lots of questions!

So I've just upgraded to my s20.

I'm having a low problems

1) Is 4g the same as LTE? I don't seem to get 4g just LTE and I'm struggling to even get 4g when my partner on EE gets it all the time? My signal is so low compared to his in the same room.

 

2) My number has been ported but my texts from my contacts go to my old phone even though it has been disconnected, but texts from EE/Samsung go to my new phone?

Looks like chat messages was enabled whilst you had the temp number.

 

You should be able to register it now with your number your using.
