I have recently got a new Sim. I used to be on Pay as you go, but now I’m on a contract with someone else. I took the old sim out, but the My EE app is still connected to the old sim? It’s asking for confirmation from the old sim, except I don’t have a device to put the old sim in. Please help, thanks

Did you port your no. to the someone else?
Why are you using the EE app still when your on another network? Why do you think the EE app is is gonna handle a no. on another network? It's only for EE nos. Uninstall it!
