Ordered a replacement sim for my new phone through the web site and was told it would arrive in two working days, that was two weeks ago.
Ordered a replacement sim over the phone with customer support and was told one would be sent out, that was a week ago.
Can't say if i've been charged for them or not as most of the web site doesn't work for me so was told tough luck, go get the app basically.
My voice mail was also disabled because.........well just because you could is the only explanation i can get.
So far EE's help is filling me with the upmost confidence but if you could just do a little bit more it would be appreciated

As long as you take ID then you can obtain a SIM free at any EE store.
Have you checked your account address is correct?
