I recently upgraded my phone and only choose this phone as you got an Xbox series S with it. I was told after 14 days I would get a delivery date. It has been over 14 days and I have not heard from EE and I can't get through to them on line as they are busy and I am holding for a long period of time.
How do I receive the Xbox? It is a Christmas present.
@Star12The Xbox will be dispatched 15-30 days after you receive your phone. You'll get a text message from the delivery company once it's ready to be delivered.
