I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Thanks

I accept mistakes or failed deliveries can happen, but it's how you deal with the situation that is important.

1.  Keep customers well informed

2. Compensate them for their disappointment & wasted time

Samsung seems to know the above, unlike the silence from EE

On the phone at the moment with EE upgrades to check on progress of my order.

I've been informed they have no stock, even though it was confirmed to me on 19.09.20  3 times by the advisor in billing, who checked with an advisor in upgrades, who informed them I will receive the phone today as its on next day.

Apparently the advisor I'm speaking to at the moment doesn't know why I was told I'd receive it today as there was no stock on 19.09.20 either 🤔

Waiting for him to come back with yet another complaint reference number.

EE are like the government  they blame everyone else for the problems, whilst misleading everyone with misinformation.

I even had to laugh, when the hold message said..

EE are committed to providing excellent customer service

🤣🤣🤣

According to Samsung they won't have new stock until October 2nd. Seems we have another couple weeks to wait. My sisters with Vodafone and been told the same thing

@EPresley68 I laughed at that same thing! Not sure what's more misleading, "Excellent customer service" on the call or "IN STOCK" on the website.

I just got off the phone myself and they're still reporting no stock at all with no time frame. Apparently - according to the advisor anyways - "they all come from a big warehouse and are delivered based on who ordered first". This was in response to me asking whether they're sent out dependant on location since people who ordered after me have received theirs.

Also they can't offer any compensation because "there's been no disruption of service" as if their service wasn't to deliver me a device on the day of release if I give them the money for it prior to the release of the product!

Last ditch attempt.  EE call me today to settle a dispute or i will be cancelling my contract. by close of business tomorrow. device arriving or not.. I WANT A CALL. this lack of information is discussing.

@Teejay-

I can't agree with you more.

I am now awaiting a call back within 72hrs (shows how many people are complaining).

Although that is probably misinformation as well.

I have another line on my account due for upgrade 24.09.20, which I was going to upgrade, however it will now be cancelled.

What a joke!!
