I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

Spent quite a bit of time on XDA Developers site, where they have a UK Pre-order thread in full swing on the forum.
There are many now getting DPD notifications for delivery tomorrow (Sunday) direct from Samsung, (along with aforementioned £50 voucher and Galaxy Live Buds). Things seem to be picking up for those that ordered direct from Samsung. So obviously stock is about in the UK, even the black version is now back on track.
And yet absolutely NO ONE within the echelons of EE can give us any idea of when its faithful pre-ordering customers are going to get theirs.
Disappointing, frustrating, deflating and depressing.
Yes yes, first world problems and all, I know it's just a phone.... But we are talking about a Galaxy Z Fold 2, the most innovative and sexiest beautiful phone ever produced!
I want it, and I want it NOW!

I got my DPD text this morning stating a 2pm-3pm delivery so awaiting very impatiently. 🙂

I originally pre ordered back on the 8th and ordered the bronze in error. Called EE last week who advised they couldn't swap the colour minus cancelling and starting again. I declined this as I didn't want to be further delayed as I'd started reading of the delays to Samsung orders. Called yesterday to see where EE were at with the order and the girl I spoke to mentioned she could see I had called re the swap, we had a brief chat and I again said I didn't wanna cancel any orders and be at the back of the pre order queue. She placed me on a hold for a good 10 mins to investigate the delays etc, came back and explained said delays and also mentioned she had managed to swap my colour to black. I quizzed her on this as I had been told about the need to cancel and she said she had just amended it and it wouldn't affect anything.
Wrong. Checked my order tracker and the bronze was cancelled with a brand new order dated from yesterday for the black replacing it. So very frustrated as this likely means I'm right at the very back of the queue now which is exactly what I didn't want. Understand the rep was trying to help and I'm buzzing I have the black now but still, not ideal.
Keeping an interested eye on this thread to see how far behind I might be as a result as I'll be complaining should it be a significant amount of time.

Yep it's for today's delivery, will keep you posted guys. I pre-ordered begining of the month and got email and DPD message yesterday and then a 1 he delivery slot for today.
