I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.
Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product
@ChemicalDan Yeah, I just rang the normal 0800 number. The guy on the phone said that their stock had been confirmed and they will be out for delivery tomorrow. Of course he could just be talking nonsense but it sounded like he'd had a number of calls already this morning.
Following the thread for a while. I ordered via an anytime upgrade on the 3rd Sept, have had 3 texts saying "pre-order is on track" whatever that means.
Spoke to an advisor 2 days ago who went off to check and come back to me saying they will begin dispatch on the 18th. It is now the 18th I'm not holding my breath.
A bit of a development however is that I just recieved an email saying that my trade in pack has been dispatched! Maybe just automated but a glimmer of hope!?
Im leaving it till around 6PM then I'm gonna give them another call-up and ask for a manager to clarify the situation again. Hopefully will find out then if they have received the stock at least.
Just got off the phone to EE bournemouth, they said that my phone wasn't in the delivery for today, I asked for in store pickup btw, this means no ne will get theirs today most likely
Guys?! Just had my text from DPD confirming delivery for tomorrow to my home address. The link to my order summary hasn't updated but I've at least had the text from DPD. Hopefully this is a good sign.
