Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

 

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

I’ve been given 2 different order numbers for the same phone and they both say... 

 

Sorry you can’t track this order type yet.

 

At this time we can only provide tracking for orders with a pay monthly device......

 

It is a pay monthly device... 😡

You get an XK number when your order is confirmed. Allows you to track it's progress on the EE tracker. 

@EPresley68 @sim5728  So this is the issue I was having, allegedly this is just because we've not been allocated a device from their first shipment or whatever. I have no idea how true this is, but I would suspect we're in for a bit of a wait.

Confirmed by EE or dpd 

 

I have two emails confirming my order. All I have received is an order number and no tracking number.

 

I spoke to a member of EE today and she said I only get the xk number once it is confirmed by dpd.

I ordered as a new customer on the 8th and got the XK number. When I track it it says order confirmed but that's it.

I've had an XK number since I placed the order on the 8th.

Hi everyone just spoke to our DPD driver at work he confirmed that we could receive a text about delivery up until 9pm so hope we all start getting texts tonight/tomorrow he didnt know anything about stock issues though

Thats strange because I dont have one.
