Samsung galaxy fold z release

I have pre ordered the fold z and had conflicting information from EE, such as the 18,21 September and we have no date so no one should be giving out a date is what I have been told.

Do we have a confirmed ee release date as to when I will get my product

I've also preordered mine and noticed there was no change on the order status, I called EE about this on the 17th and was guaranteed multiple times that my order would be sent out and I would receive it on launch down getting my delivery time by 11am on that morning, he even went away and left me on hold to double check this before giving me that information.

launch day morning I noticed again the delivery information hadn't changed again and called them again that morning this time I was told that I will not likely receive my phone today as Samsung hadn't sent them their stock and there is currently no expected delivery time from Samsung, the representative stated the phones will be sent out as soon as they get them could be today, tomorrow but he's also seen a 7 day wait for preorders so he's not sure.

There is no clear information as it seems we are all being told different things.

I feel his pain.

No matter how angry or frustrated we get it won't change anything. Patience is the key wether we like it or not as its out of our hands anyway.

It's just frustrating, delays will happen, but EE could at least let people know instead of making us guess and call.

Folks just got my DPD SMS saying will be delivered on the 19th and book your 1hr slot etc. Just an fyi

I also ordered mine the morning of the 10th and have an ee tracking number and confirmation email, I'd contact them if I was you sounds like somethings gone wrong there.

Final follow up guys. Just had about 6 messages from EE regarding Plan changes taking effect and the order tracker has been changed to Shipped. Does appear that a few of the people who pre ordered straight away are getting dispatched.

Did you get a tracking number off EE. When I spoke to EE I was told you only get a tracking number when dpd as got your item.

I also have a confirmed email but no tracking number as of yet.
