Hi all
I upgraded online to a Samsung galaxy s21 and was told it was out of stock but would only take a maximum of 7 days.. has anyone else had this recently? If so how long did it take? As now it’s saying minimum of 14 days. My current phone is on its way out so I’m desperate really and annoying to be told 2 different things.

@Nicole189018 it’s going to depend on when Samsung send more to EE of the device/model type you ordered.

It’s the Samsung galaxy s21 in grey and 128gb storage
if there are any other colours for dispatch sooner I’m happy to change

I've checked and that colour and memory variant is still showing as expected delivery within 7 days, all other colour variants are the same or more.
As it's been longer than the 7 days I would suggest having a chat with our customer care team so they can check on your order.
