Same Apps have stopped working on two phones at the same time

Some of my apps have stopped working at the same time,  so far Email, Google and amazon have stopped, when I try to open them I get a box at bottom of the screen saying email keeps stopping, app info, close app, send feedback, is it a problem with my phone or a network issue,  my wife's phone started  doing the same thing at the same time, it happened last night, have tried turning off phones and restarting a few times but still not working, any help would be appreciated

Go to Google play store and update android system Web view app and it fixes everything

Several of my apps on my Samsung S9 are not working. I've uninstalled and installed them several times. Restarted my phone. Sent reports etc but its getting annoying now.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

I've had the same problems so not your handset x

I HAVE POSTED THE SOLUTION EARLIER UP THE PAGE

i cant even do what other people are fixing the problem with , no option to do it, this is ridiculous. 

@Borotash007 can you go to the PlayStore under your apps and press update all instead?

yes but webview isnt in list

 

@Borotash007  Web view wasn't in my list as something I could select by itself at the time too... but when I pressed update all... I saw the webview one come up and was updating in the list with my other apps
