Took delivery of a new Samsung A21S. Set up went OK apart from a message telling me there was no SIM card. When I tried to open the tray to check it was in the right way up the tray jammed. I managed to prise the tray out but the card is stuck. I've tried to dislodge it with a sewing needle, without success. I'm wary of using too much force as I don't want to damage anything. Any suggestions?
I would have called the help line but can't, as my old phone has been disabled and the new one won't connect to the network.
Thanks

@Robert71 If you can not take it out yourself you’ll need to call customer services so the device can be sent off to be repaired ( get this sim out ) this will cost you if you don’t have insurance.

Grab the device firmly and shake, sim hole/slot facing down and let gravity do its thing?

Thanks for the reply. I would have called customer services if I had a working phone, but unfortunately at the moment I don't have a landline either. As there doesn't seem to be an option to email them, I've contacted them through the web complaint form. If that doesn't work it looks like I'll have to write an old fashioned letter.
Re the suggestion about shaking: Yes, I've tried this too, but the thing is stuck in there.

Hi Katy,
Thanks for getting back. I clicked on the link and then on Let's chat and Pay Monthly; after that it doesn't seem to give me any options. There are headings, including one for customer services, but no links. It's the same page I spent some time looking at on Tuesday. Am I missing something?

Hi @Robert71.
I have just loaded this page and can see customer service and technical care are available to chat.
Are you able to try another browser or try refreshing the page?
Katie.
