Received a Good as New Samsung S21 Ultra an put my sim card in but only allowed to make emergency calls as it says 'Sim 1 Not Allowed', moved sim card into slot 2 and works fine. Can anyone help?

Has Sim Slot 1 ,been set up for an eSIM, check in Settings, if so switch it back to normal SIM Slot use.
