Hi new to the community last night at around 03:00 my Internet went off my hub was just showing red lights I turned it off a few times but got the same result after about an hour it came back on I was just wondering if anyone else experienced this I Checked all the connections and they were fine so it must have been with EE I use my broadband a lot and couldn't work out why it happened any ideas please.

You mean the EE Smart Hub? For that the solid red light usually means the router is faulty.

It was my EE home hub and the light on the front was red instead of the usual green colour
