Hi,When I try and top up my mobile WIFI it takes me to a page that says "Make a payment", below this it shows my number and below that it shows "continue", when I press continue it just reloads the page, can anyone tell me why?
Is this a Samsung thing or an EE Idea, to swipe the answer Icon seems counter intuitive to me, there should be a choice of answer protocols in the settings, at least then people know what to do with their phones

Received a Good as New Samsung S21 Ultra an put my sim card in but only allowed to make emergency calls as it says 'Sim 1 Not Allowed', moved sim card into slot 2 and works fine. Can anyone help?
