Mobile contract for 13 year old child

Fabsunnylion
Visitor

My daughter would like a new iPhone for her 13th birthday. We currently have a cheap pay  monthly SIM (Asda).  Looking for advice from those that may have had family packages or been through this about the best way to do this without having to pay a fortune.  Ideally she wants an iPhone 11. I have an iPhone on a pay monthly EE contract. Thank you.

Hi @Fabsunnylion

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

I hope you're well and having a nice day, are you up to much or is it a chilled one?

I have a family myself so totally get how important it is to make sure, you get the right package for everyone. If you have a chat with our customer care team, they'll be able to go through your options and help you get the best deal.

Thanks

@Fabsunnylion   Have a look at THIS  it’ll give you an idea of what you’ll be paying.  If you take this out as an extra line on your account you’ll get a 10% discount on that price.   I do highly recommend you take out insurance also and purchase a decent case for the phone not one of the £10 cases but the ones that are in the £30+ region and a glass screen protector.  ( have a few of these as when they break kids take them off ) I purchase the ones from eBay, buy one get one free cost around £1.50 and they do the job.
