Can't top up mobile WIFI

Hi,

When I try and top up my mobile WIFI it takes me to a page that says "Make a payment", below this it shows my number and below that it shows "continue", when I press continue it just reloads the page, can anyone tell me why?

I hope you're well and having an cracking Monday, are you up to much or is it a chilled one?

 

Could you please try deleting the cache and cookies in the browser you're using?

 

Once you've done that please try the top up again and let me know if it works.

After deleting cache and cookies it still doesn't work, any ideas now?

With a different device it still has the same problem.
