S20+ delivery

Pre ordered my Samsung s20+ 12th feb confirmed email by ee with order ref but have had no follow up messages or emails since,yet some saying may have had early delivery for the 10th?

Phoned upgrade team, apparently I was sent an email about my trade in phone which I may have not received,cant find email about this..?

But now all sorted and honoured original offer and hopefully my new phone will be delivered friday.

I'm having the same issue, I received a text to say possible early delivery of the 10th march and I haven't had any updates to tell me if it's in store.

I ended up going into the store and my phone as been delivered on the 10th but there system was only updated mid day on 11th. They said I should have received a text before coming into store- never received it but was able to pick up my phone.

 

As a note maybe  someone should investigate the systems... 

I also pre-ordered my Samsung S20+ on the 5th March & I've received no communication as to where my new phone is in the process. I'm concerned if we go into lockdown that I will not be able to obtain my new phone or access the data transfer service. Any news on what the waiting/delay time is until my device arrives in store?
