I just received a text saying my order is on track, yet the status hasn't changed? And as I've been waiting for over a week now, I was hoping this was actually progress on my order!

All orders are subject to stock from the manufacturer and we're working with them to ensure we can fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
I'd recommend downloading the DPD app, which will send a notification once the delivery is on the way.
