Faulty S20 plus already!!

Phone has already got major faults and i have been hearing more and more faults reported. Mine has developed a fault where it has got stuck on the boot up password/lock screen and will not let me get past it. Very Very dissapointed with this phone and it is in no way worth the monthly price tag.

 

Avoid at all costs until the faults have been sorted. I will be returning mine as soon as possible.

Not heard about this issue before. Have you tried removing the memory card, then booting into recovery and clearing the cache?
