Where is my order

I went to the ee shop on Monday and upgraded my phone and my daughters phone. My daughter upgraded to a Samsung ultra s20 but had to pre order it to the store. They said it would be here 3/5 days. But due to this virus I was wondering if it will turn up? We was suppose to receive a text message to say it was delivered to the store still haven’t heard anything. Also I have tried to track the order but I haven’t had a confirmation or reference number. 
is my order going to turn up at all because of all this Panademic crisis?

I ordered my ultra on the 5th of march and it's still not here, I've seen people that ordered in February and still don't have them...

It’s a joke. They don’t even keep you informed. 

I ordered mine on the 3rd March and got told it would be here on the 14th March and that I would receive a text. I am still waiting for it now and have heard nothing at all!! I've rang the shop I ordered it from twice now to see what is going on and the only reply I get from them is "sorry, there's not been a delivery and we don't know when there will be one". All I want is a definate date when I will receive it.

I would think that manufacturing mobile or any electronic device is the priority at the moment. China/South Korea are in lockdown and manufacturing has all but stopped. Then there is shipped which again has reduced. 

 

These are the realities of the situation which is unlikely to get any better any time soon.
